With more than 20 years of real estate experience across Florida’s Suncoast, Court Hoyle brings a unique combination of new-construction expertise, proven negotiation skills, and deep local knowledge to his role with Michael Saunders & Company in Wellen Park. Having worked in Wellen Park since its earliest days, Court has watched the community grow from the ground up and is proud to call it home. Originally from Michigan, he moved to Florida after college to pursue a career in real estate and has since built an extensive background spanning new-home sales and traditional residential real estate, with more than $250 million in career sales volume and over 500 properties sold.
Court’s experience on the builder side gives his clients a distinct advantage. Having spent more than a decade in new-home sales, he understands how builders price homes, structure negotiations, and manage the sales process. He has negotiated more than $175 million in builder-side sales alone and was named New Home Counselor of the Year by Mattamy Homes in both 2025 and 2026. His experience also extends to the luxury coastal market, including representing the buyers of a $5.7 million Gulf-front estate on Longboat Key in 2013, which was the highest-priced sale on Longboat Key in four years at the time. With a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Ferris State University, Court combines strategic marketing with practical industry knowledge to help buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions.
Based in Wellen Park, Court serves clients throughout the Suncoast, from Englewood to Sarasota, including relocation buyers, growing families, retirees, second-home buyers, investors, and luxury and coastal clients. His approach is built on honesty, transparency, clear expectations, and consistent communication. He believes a successful real estate experience means listening carefully, understanding each client’s goals, negotiating effectively, and ensuring there are no surprises along the way.
Outside of real estate, Court is devoted to his wife, Nena, and their two sons, Lincoln and Lennon. Family is at the center of his life, and he enjoys boating, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family and friends at their cabins in the mountains of North Carolina. He also enjoys supporting locally owned restaurants and small businesses throughout the Suncoast, reflecting his belief in the importance of community and helping local businesses thrive.
